I let go let go releasing old beliefs
Patterns that no longer serve my life
In the temple of the heart lay the old to rest
Stories that once held, I return to emptiness
The fire in my chest is a guiding flame
Whispering gently to begin again
The light of forgiveness be with me
Shine like sunlight does on the sea

Learning to let go like leaves to the wind
Seams are unravelling soft and slow
Unveiling the light of love’s eternal glow
The ocean of emotions rise and release
I open to silence, I open to peace.
In this calm and liberation
We can realign
With a conscious step, a heartbeat, a breath
Reconnecting with the source of life
